Vanilla Rice Pudding, Lavender Rice Pudding, Pumpkin Spice Rice Pudding (Seasonal), and Saffron Rice Pudding are by far a customer favorite.  I also make Salted Carmel Brownie, Hot Chili Pepper Chocolate Mousse, Semifreddo allo Zabaione and Saretti Cookie Dough.  When I have a little extra time (not often) I enjoy making a New York Style Cheesecake, Carrot Cake, and my Dad’s favorite Lemon Creme Cake.
