Tagliatelle

Tagliatelle is a thin cut, egg pasta.  You can use this basic pasta with any type of sauce you wish. Here is an example:

Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Garlic
Prawns
Mussels
Clams
Calamari
 Halibut
 Salmon
Plum tomato sauce
White Wine
Parsley
Hot Chili Pepper Flakes

Heat Oil then add chopped garlic

Add all seafood and heat

Add splash of white wine, hot chili pepper flakes, salt, parsley
