Semifreddo allo Zabaione

Semifreddo means semi-frozen dessert in Italian.  I make this version with a Zabaione, which is an amazingly rich airy combination of egg yolk, sugar and marsala wine (hand whipped, of course, over a bain marie) then fold in whipped cream topped with toasted almonds.
