Our lasagna is made in the traditional way using sheets of spinach pasta, with layers of our Bolognese sauce (pork ragu) and creamy Bechamel topped with hand grated Parmigiano.
Cooking instructions:
Fresh: Remove cover and bake 375 degrees for about an hour and a half
Frozen: Remove cover and bake 375 degrees for about 4 and a half hours
If you have a frozen lasagna and want to defrost over night, I recommend putting it on a tray in the refrigerator. (While defrosting it does lose some water)
